ANALISIS PENGARUH FAKTOR PRODUK PINJAMAN, PROSEDUR KREDIT DAN SUKU BUNGA KREDIT TERHADAP KEPUASAN ANGGOTA PADA KOPERASI SIMPAN PINJAM SWA MITRA DI DEMAK

Abstract
 Currently the development of cooperatives is quite good. Many are established both in city center and regions. The existence this cooperative very helpful for its members or prospective fulfilling their daily needs. Cooperatives as one business entities that carry out activities based on principles well driving people's economy principle kinship. purpose study to determine analyze effect Loan Products, Credit Procedures Interest Rates Satisfaction Swa Mitra Cooperative Members Demak.
 research population active cooperative, amounting 564 specified sample 85 people. analytical tool used multiple linear regression with help SPSS.
 results indicate have a positive significant influence. This indicated by value coefficient, t count which greater than table loan products, credit procedures interest rates less 0.05.
 As suggestion, should be careful not go too far from rate set Bank Indonesia, considering major influence satisfaction members.
